BEAM CUBE places particular importance on protecting your personal data.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data when you browse the beamcube.fr website and interact with our teams.

This document is written in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation EU 2016/679) and with the amended French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as "Informatique et Libertés".

BEAM CUBE has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as this appointment is not mandatory given the nature and volume of the processing carried out. For any question relating to the processing of your personal data, you can contact BEAM CUBE directly at contact@beamcube.fr.

Data collected and purposes

BEAM CUBE only collects the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below.

Data collected via the contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the following data:

● first and last name (required)
● job title (optional)
● company or organization (required)
● business email address (required)
● phone number (optional)
● profile type and nature of the request (required)
● free-text message (required)

Purpose : responding to your request, qualifying your project, and arranging a discussion with our sales, technical or operational teams.

Legal basis : Article 6.1.b of the GDPR – pre-contractual measures taken at your request. And where applicable, Article 6.1.f – BEAM CUBE's legitimate interest in developing its business.

Data collected via audience measurement tools

When you consent to the deposit of audience measurement cookies, we collect via Google Analytics 4:

● pages visited
● duration and frequency of visits
● type of device and browser used
● country and region of connection (not the full IP address)
● traffic origin (search engine, direct link, social network)

Purpose : measuring the site's audience, understanding browsing paths, improving the quality of our content.

Legal basis : Article 6.1.a of the GDPR – your consent, collected via the cookie management banner.

Retention period

The data collected is retained for the following periods:

Contact form data : 3 years from the last active contact with BEAM CUBE (in line with the CNIL recommendation for B2B prospecting). Beyond this period, the data is deleted or archived anonymously for statistical purposes.
Audience measurement data : 14 months maximum, in accordance with Google Analytics 4 retention settings.
Site connection logs : 12 months, in accordance with legal obligations regarding technical traceability.

Data recipients

The data collected is intended exclusively for the BEAM CUBE teams in charge of responding to your request (sales, technical, management). It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Processors

To operate the site and process your data, BEAM CUBE uses technical service providers acting as processors within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR:

OVH SAS (headquarters: 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France): hosting of the website and associated emails. Data hosted in France.
Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): audience measurement via Google Analytics 4. Configured to anonymize IP addresses and limit transfers outside the EU.

Each processor is bound by a contract compliant with GDPR requirements (Data Processing Agreement).

Transfers outside the European Union

Data collected via the contact form is hosted in France by OVH. No transfer outside the European Union takes place in this context.

Audience measurement data may transit to Google servers located outside the EU. This transfer is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, and by the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework of July 10, 2023.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:

Right of access : obtaining confirmation that your data is being processed and requesting a copy.
Right to rectification : requesting the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): requesting the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by law.
Right to restriction of processing : requesting the temporary suspension of the processing of your data.
Right to data portability : receiving your data in a structured format and transmitting it to another controller.
Right to object : objecting, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data.
Right to withdraw your consent : at any time, for processing based on your consent (cookies in particular).
Right to decide the fate of your data after your death : through general or specific advance directives.

How to exercise your rights

For security reasons, you may be asked to prove your identity. BEAM CUBE undertakes to respond within a maximum of one month from receipt of your request, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR.

However, as no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, BEAM CUBE cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to the privacy policy
